Confidence is high after the broker open house that we will get some traffic. There is only one condo that is lower priced in Melrose with an open house tomorrow.
I made a video of the condo before we started the updates. I will make another tomorrow before we leave so we have a "before" and "after" history.

Wow!!!!! The place looks AMAZING! I thought it was pretty good before, but my gosh it looks gorgeous. The floors are beautiful and it's so spacious now with the more minimal furniture look. Kudos to you guys for all your hard work -- it definitely paid off! Hmmm...maybe I can get a mortgage loan and scrape together an offer.... : )
