Thanks Alan and Joni for the pics and everything else. We are still in sort of a daze, not used to being the subject of so many pics and fuss over just getting older! We were overwhelmed. Diane is a gem to arrange it.
Brian set up the New Computer that Dave and Laurie gave us and it is really neat. Much quiter than the old one that growled. And faster. DSL next perhaps.
I did a cost/benefit analysis comparing flying to NC vs. Driving. Driving has three more benefits than flying. In general true according to Consumer's Report article---if the trip is less than 650 miles. Safety was not weighed in. Terrorism is a possible factor to consider in flying after the recent concerns. Ok, so I do look a bit like a terrorist! -Pop
