These are photos from the 5th day of work (Tuesday) on the new kitchen.Big day when the cabinets start going up on the walls.
They raised the base cabinets off the floor using samples of the hardwood floor and then set them on filler boards instead of running the hardwood$ under the cabinets. The floor will run under the toe kick, giving the appearance that it goes all the way under the cabinets.

Looking up into the ceiling to get a close-up of the waste pipes for the future master bath. This photo may come in handy when work starts upstairs...

Boxed cabinets and panels on deck in the dining room.

The most of the base cabinets are in place - back and left walls.

A look into the dining room. The big box is one of the 2 pantry units.

The other other pantry unit box next to the mud room.

Trying to get a close up of the finish and door design - darn flash gloss!

The pull-out trash bin conveniently located adjacent to the sink. Almost as good as Rachel Ray's scrap hole in the counter.

Staged and in-place.

A look out the door in the mud room at the trailer.

I installed the sink in the upstairs bathroom last night. I did not have my socket set so it is not securely bolted into place, but it works!
